Parents,

Good morning. A couple of important items for you to be aware of:

1) We will be having practice tonight for those that normally swim in evenings and are attending champs meet this Saturday. Normal practice times/assignments apply.

2) **Champs Update** - Sewanee has changed our warm-up times for Saturday (both sessions). 

Arrival time and Warm-ups:

Our new Session 1 warm-up time is VERY early (7:45 AM). For that reason, I am going to make Session 1 warm-ups (10&U) are OPTIONAL for Saturday. I don't see much value in having our kids warm up at 7:45 and then sit until the meet starts at 10AM. If you decide to skip warm-ups, plan on having your swimmer there and ready by 9:30AM.  If you plan to be present for warm-ups, please be present and ready to swim by 7:30AM. Start time for Morning Session is 10:00AM

Session 2 afternoon Warm-ups will be 2-2:30 PM (estimated). Please plan on arriving and being ready to swim by 1:45. Start time for Afternoon Session (estimated) 3:00PM

Fowler Center, Texas Ave., University of the South (Sewanee)
Heat Sheets $7 (no admission fee)

Parking:

Parking is available across the street from the Fowler Center and along University Avenue. There is also a large parking area on Hall Street by the hospital and another at McGee Stadium. DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE OF FOWLER NEXT TO THE POOL OR IN THE SERVICE VEHICLE SPACES IN FRONT OF FOWLER. The service vehicle spaces are ONLY for swimmer and supply drop off and a driver must stay with the car at all times. Police will be enforcing this policy and tickets will be given.

• No parking on the gravel drive behind the pool. 
• This is our emergency access area and cannot be blocked. CARS WILL BE TOWED.

Spectator Seating: 

There will be spectator seating on the pool balcony and team seating in the Fowler Center practice gym, lobby, and outside. No chairs or coolers are allowed on the pool balcony.
