Hello FAST families,

I can’t wait to get this 2024 FAST swim season started. We have a slightly different practice time break down as in years past. We are gonna start this year with the oldest group and then our littles and then work our way back up. Below is a detailed practice breakdown. 

8:30-9:30 15-19 year olds

9:30-10:00 7 and unders

10:00-11:00 8-10 year olds

11:00-12:00 11-14 year olds

As always these are subject to change based on observations the first few practices and swimmers may be moved up or down a group if coaches deem it necessary. As the season gets going we may ask some of our 7 and unders to stay a little longer to practice. All of this will be communicated to you by one of the coaches. 

If you have any conflicts with practice times please let us know as we will always try and find a solution to make sure your swimmer gets pool time. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns. 

I am excited to get started and can’t wait to see you all at the ice cream social and parent meeting at the pool on May 23 from 5:00-7:00.
