Fayetteville Warm-Up: 9:30 - 10:00 am

Meet Start Time: 10:00 am

Spectator Entrance Fee: $3 per spectator

Heat Sheets: Digital heat sheets will be sent by email during the day on Friday. Printed copies will be hanging upstairs in the pool balcony, but we will not pass out printed heat sheets.

Volunteer Needs: We request 6 parents to volunteer as timers, 1 Bullpen Assistant, 2 Place Judges, and 1 Ribbon helper, 1 and we'd love a Stroke and Turn Judge as well if someone is trained to do that role. You are welcome to have up to 6 designated Age Group Parents also to help supervise your little swimmers and get them to the Bullpen. Volunteers don't pay the entrance fee and are allowed on deck.

Per Fowler Center Policy, NO SPECTATORS are allowed on deck. Only coaches, swimmers, and parent volunteers whose names are provided in advance will be allowed on deck!

Team Photographer. You may bring a team photographer, but that name must be provided in advance as well. You may bring a team photographer, but that name must be provided in advance. The photographer is only allowed to be with your team or on the glass door side of the pool (not behind the start end of the pool or with the Tigershark swimmers).

Concessions: We are running a small concessions stand. Cash only.

Bullpen: We run a Bullpen for the 10 & Unders for individual events. We ask that all 9-10’s use the Bullpen.

Seating: Chairs are provided for swimmers and coaches. There will be an area designated on deck for your swimmers down by the diving boards. Spectators will sit in the observation balcony above the pool.

Locker Room Use: Swimmers are welcome to use the locker rooms to change before and after the meet. Access is provided via the pool deck.
